How do I check my order status?

Once your order is placed, we will send you an email to confirm. This will include details of your order. Please allow 2-5 days to receive your tracking number. You can get in touch with us via service@fintdesigns.com to check your order status at any time or use the track your order page on our website. 

Do FINT Designs charge sales taxes?

We are registered to collect taxes on all orders in the state of Michigan only as required by law.

Important pricing notes

The prices on our site are displayed as domestic US prices. These prices apply to orders placed in the United States and do not include sales tax and shipping fares. Prices are subject to change, with all price errors being subject to corrections.

How to return or exchange items

What if my product arrives damaged or is incorrect?

If your shipment is damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please get in touch with us immediately so we can put things right. The quickest way to get in touch with us is to send an email to service@fintdesigns.com. Please include your order number, contact information and photos in your email if relevant. Don’t dispose of any items or packaging until the claim is resolved. Should you need to replace an item that’s currently out of stock, we will inform you when the product is available or suggest an appropriate replacement.

Can I change or cancel my order ones it has been placed?

We can cancel any order before it has been shipped. We have a 2-5 day shipping window. Once your products have been shipped, you can claim once you receive your items.

We may be unable to change your orders once it has been placed. This is due to our fast order turnarounds and fulfilment policy. However, you can contact us as soon as possible if you do want to make a change and we will try our best to accommodate you. Payment is only processed once your order is shipped.

How much do shipping and handling cost?

Shipping and handling are completely free of charge.

What shipping options are available?

We send your order straight to your address via our front door parcel delivery service. We are not currently able to offer expedited shipping.

Is international shipping available?

We are presently able to ship to United States, Canada and Europe. If you need to ship to another location, contact us to see if we can accommodate you.

You can complete your order with any of the following payment methods: Credit/debit card, Apple Pay and PayPal.
